For the sixth year in a row, we are pleased to announce that we have been named one of Alberta's Top Employers again.
At Pason, we place considerable value on supporting our employees in work and in life. This support helps our Pasonites succeed in developing cutting-edge software and hardware solutions while revolutionizing the energy industry.
It is important to us that our employees prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Pasonites work hard, and we want to support our employees through hybrid work, mental health services, and soft-skills training, among other offerings.
We are also proud of our internship and summer work program, where students work with talented individuals. Our interns work on actual projects, giving them mentorship and applying technical knowledge to real-world business challenges.

We participate in a highly sought after internship program, recruiting from programs like Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and more.
Our interns are challenged to achieve, learn and grow in their discipline, giving them the experience to grow their skills and succeed in their careers.
“My internship at Pason has allowed me to work on high impact projects where I was able to continuously develop my technical skillset,” said Lauren, Software Developer Intern.
At Pason, we take pride in our strong culture, providing work and life support. We allow our office employees to work in a hybrid environment and we also offer in-person events meant to help improve our Pasonites' overall well-being.
For example, this past year, we hosted our first annual in-person Wellness Expo for our employees. This event was an opportunity for Pasonites to see what was available to them to promote their mental and physical well-being. This includes extended benefits information, personal training sessions, financial advice, and other well-being services.
We also foster our culture by offering volunteer opportunities, like our annual Playground Builds, participating in the Calgary Corporate Challenge, and hosting events with free food and activities for employees.
In addition, we also take a progressive approach to mental health support for Pasonites. Employees receive $1,500 per dependent for psychological or social work services and companywide access to HeadSpace, a mindfulness app with supports like stress mitigation, exercise, financial tools, and other activities.
