Another year, another successful round of Field Meetings in our Latin America North Region. This year, meetings took place in Mexico City from Nov. 28 to Nov. 30, 2024.

As with every year's Field Meetings, these meetings covered various topics, Health and Safety, existing products, as well as workshops on rig diagnostics among many other things.

These meetings cover these technical topics extensively, but Pason takes its customer service and teamwork as a point of pride. Attendees also attended a "soft skills" workshop on communication and teamwork. Led by an international expert, the workshop provided practical tools and strategies to improve communication and foster a collaborative work environment.

"It was great," said John, Manager, Regional Operations, Colombia, noting that they recorded the entire event so other regions and offices could view and learn from the meetings!

Pasonites were also recognized on the first night of the meetings with a special dinner, celebrating their fifth, tenth, and fifteenth work anniversaries.

All that work on improving the Pason experience can't go without some fun! Pasonites also attended a party with a Mariachi band. For a spiritual boost, they visited the Teotihuacán Pyramids and the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

It sounds like a great time and some very productive meetings!
